How we do it

  • Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand you and your project. During this meeting, we’ll talk through your scope, gaining a clear picture of what you’re hoping to achieve.

    Following this, we’ll send you a detailed fee proposal tailored to your project. Our services are offered on a fixed fee basis, which we believe is the fairest and most transparent approach, rather than charging a percentage of build costs or billing by the hour. This means you’ll have clarity and confidence around costs from the very beginning.

  • To kick off your project, you’ll complete a client questionnaire, as well as put together a collection of interior inspiration that reflects your vision.

    Next, we’ll hold a detailed meeting to go over your functional needs, lifestyle requirements, and design preferences.

    For interior design projects, we also ask you to begin compiling appliance lists for spaces like kitchens and laundries.

    If needed, we’ll arrange a site visit to take accurate measurements of your home or space.

  • From here, we take all the information you’ve shared and begin developing the designs for your spaces.

    This stage is where your vision starts to take shape, combining style, functionality, and practicality into a cohesive design.

  • We’ll present the design concepts in detail, showing how each space will look and function.

    Alongside the designs, we present all physical samples we’ve collected, materials, fabrics, finishes, and textures, so you can see, touch, and fully experience how your vision will come together.

    This hands-on presentation ensures every detail aligns with your style and requirements.

  • At this stage, we take on your feedback from the concept presentation and refine the designs to bring them to completion.

    This is where we finalise layouts, materials, and key details, ensuring every element works together seamlessly and the design feels resolved and cohesive.

    We also prepare thorough documentation of all selections, including finishes, fixtures, lighting, furniture, and any other specified items. This documentation ensures your project is clearly defined and ready for accurate pricing, ordering, and purchasing.

  • For renovations and builds, during the construction phase, we offer site support to the builder and trades, ensuring a successful result.

  • For clients who would like support bringing their space together, we offer furniture and styling installation as an additional service.

    This includes coordinating and placing the furniture and styling items ensuring every piece is positioned with intention and care.

    The result is a beautifully finished space, thoughtfully styled and ready to be lived in.
